discovered phyllo dough at the local supermarket so I decided to play around with it. i painted a layer of phyllo with a mixture of cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter and covered it with another, repeating the process twice, and baked it until crisp. then I broke it into pieces and layered fruit and ice cream in between.
